Abstract
Inorganic anions in biological concns. do not affect the Ca values obtained by flame photometry, contrary to organic complex formations which depress the results. The calibration curve for Ca was found to be a rational function of 1st degree. A correction factor for the influence of Na in Ca detn. is given with instructions for the use of the Zeiss flame photometer Model III for Ca analysis.Keywords
