Abstract
Separation of nucleic acid derivatives especially AMP, ADP and ATP, adenosine, adenine by ion exchange, high voltage paper strip electrophoresis (7600 V) and paper chromatography are descr., some applications are given: prepn. of P32 labelled ATP from rat organs, separation of adenine nucleotides of G and F-actine by ion exchange chromatography, separation of components of yeast extract absorbing at 260 m[mu] and isolation of a 30% coenzyme A prepn. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
