Abstract
We describe a patient with Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) who developed bilateral chronic anterior uveitis and neuroophthalmologic manifestations 20 years after the onset of asthma and sinus disease. The patient was treated successfully with a combination of cyclophosphamide and prednisone, after other immunomodulatory strategies, aside from systemic prednisone, had failed. Keywords
