UNUSUAL LONGEVITY IN FALLOT'S TETRALOGY AND PSEUDOTRUNCUS ARTERIOSUS

Abstract
Two cases of cyanotic congenital heart disease are reported because of their prolonged natural history. Both patients are still alive; the first one (a case of tetralogy of Fallot) is 49 years of age; the second one (a case of pseudo truncus arteriosus) is 34 years and is believed to be the oldest one ever described with this malformation. Hemodynamic and angiocardiographic data are presented.
