Abstract
In many instances, computer graphics can provide a powerful, rapid man-machine interface by proper application of simple pattern recognition techniques. The techniques briefly discussed are those used to classify real-time sequences of x, y coordinates such as occur with several graphical input devices, including the RAND tablet. Keywords
