Abstract
This study extends our analysis of rabbit recombinant Sp17 (rSp17) by examining whether rSp17 synthesized in transfected COS cells will show a particular localization within the cell and whether the COS cell will bind with zona pellucida. We show, using the cross-linking, reagent DSS that rSp17 can bind to rabbit zona glycoprotein R45 or R55.Keywords
