Urine specimens collected during 6 hours following intraven. injection of small doses of KI showed the following % of eliminated iodine: 17 cases hypothyroidism, 23-40%; 19 cases euthyroidism, 12-20.5%; 10 cases hyperthyroidism and 9 cases non-toxic goiter, normal or very low.
