Abstract
In view of the controversy over the contention that staining is the result of physical or chemical affinity between a stain and a bacterial cell, this paper is presented to show some recent data which support the idea that staining is an adsorption exchange process chemical in nature.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
