Abstract
1. A large direct calorimeter in the form of a pig: pen, with sleeping and dunging areas, is described. Groups of pigs can live in it for the whole fattening period, while sensible and evaporative heat lossesare measured continuously.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
