Abstract
A general discussion is given of the matrix element for the decays K0ππe+e; then, using the results of the vector-meson-dominance model to predict the K20K10 electromagnetic transition radius, partial conservation of axial-vector current and current algebra to predict the K20π+πγ transition rate, and the experimental value of the CP-violating parameter ε, we find the following branching ratios: Γ(KL0π+πe+e)Γ(KL0all)=1.7×107, Γ(KL0π0π0e+e)Γ(KL0all)=0.2×107, and Γ(KS0π+πe+e)Γ(KS0all)=2.0×105.
