Abstract
Methods were described for prepn. of crystalline catalase from horse kidney and human liver. The prepn. contained 1.03% and 0.79% hemin, respectively, and 0.097% and 0.090% Fe, respectively. The absorption spectra of the prepns. were very similar.Keywords
