Abstract
The 18 vibrational modes expected from group-theoretical analysis have been obtained in the polarized Raman spectra of single crystals. The six internal modes of the octahedra have been assigned. The temperature dependence of the frequencies and linewidths of the internal modes is related to anharmonic terms in the crystal potential.
