Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 65-year old woman was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea.Fifteen years previously biopsy of an enlarged left cervical lymph node revealed giant-follicle lymphoma. Examination disclosed no other evidence of disease, and an x-ray film of the chest was normal. Radiation treatment in a dose of 2000 R was given to the left side of the neck, the left subclavian area, the upper mediastinum and the left axilla. One year later an enlarged lymph node developed in the left submastoid region and disappeared after radiation treatment in a dose of 600 R. Thirteen years before . . .Keywords
