Abstract
Somatostatin, luteinizing hormone releasing factor (LRF) and thyrotropin releasing factor (TRF) were measured by radioimmunoassay in extracts of hypothalami. The substantial concentrations of LRF and TRF at mid-gestation correlated with the elevation of serum fetal pituitary gonadotropins and development of thyroid stimulating hormone. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
