Abstract
Tissue levels of C14 in 4 patients given 100 uc of glycine-2-Cl4 (8.2 mg.% glycine) were detd. at autopsy 57, 105, 152, and 562 days after the intraven. admn. The tissues were dried, burned to CO2 and the specific activities measured. Most of the C14 was eliminated from the tissues with a 50-day half-time, but the 2% which remained was eliminated more slowly. There was no concn. of C14 in bone. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
