Abstract
Asparaginase from E. coli was modified with activated PEG2 which was synthesized from monomethoxypolyethylene glycol and cyanuric chloride. The PEG2-modified asparaginase had no binding ability towards anti-asparaginase serum but retained 11% of the enzymic activity(GOT method) of the native asparaginase. Keywords
