Abstract
The water containing the animal is stirred to equilibrate it with the gas phase above it. The O2 consumed is detd. in the gas phase by absorbing the CO2 and measuring in O2 from a micrometer burette to keep the vol. constant. The pressure is balanced against a compensating vessel. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
