Zur Verwendung ebener und gebogener Monochromatorkristalle in Neutronenspektrometern bei Einkristalluntersuchungen

Abstract

Previously derived formulae for the breadth at half height of single-crystal reflections and for the required counter apertures have been tested experimentally. A method is given for the determination of apparatus constants. Bent monochromators have been included in the considerations.
