Abstract
Intermediate investigations into a number of gold plating electrolytes have shown that the total impurity deposited with the gold is dependent not only on solution cathode efficiency but also on additive metal concentration: the higher the additive metal concentration in the solution, the higher the amount of impurity codeposited with the gold. Keywords
