Abstract
A lectin fromViscum album which specifically binds to D-galactose was isolated by affinity chromatography on O-lactosyl-, O-galactosyl-polycarylamide or hydrolized sepharose 4 B. Some serological and physicochemical properties of the agglutinin are reported. Keywords
