The criterion in counseling; a group participation scale.

Abstract
"If the central task of psychological counseling is to help individuals with their problems of interpersonal relations, the measurement of choice-behavior in social groups might provide a useful intermediate criterion." An attempt is made to "construct a sociometric test, the items of which are scaled at equal intervals along the operationally defined dimensions of effectiveness in group participation."
