Abstract
A reconfigurable log periodic aperture fed microstrip antenna (LPPA) is presented. It has a capability to operate in wide band mode (6.7-10.3 GHz) and four different sub bands by switching in or out parts of the antenna structure. Designs and simulation results are given. A 20 elements array has been demonstrated to operate at different sub band configuration with 70 to 80% efficiency. Keywords
