HODGKIN'S SARCOMA SIMULATING VENTRICULAR ANEURYSM

Abstract
A case of massive tumor involvement of the heart due to Hodgkin''s sarcoma is presented. The appearance of the tumor roentgenographically suggested a ventricular aneurysm. The correct diagnosis, however, was made clinically antemortem by virtue of suspicion of tumor elsewhere, a negative cardiac history and a lack of QRS or ST segment changes on the ecg.
