Abstract
Experimental data of drift mobilities of minority carriers in germanium are brought into agreement with theoretical predictions by distinguishing between group velocity and particle velocity of a pulse of minority carriers. Corrected high temperature measurements of electron drift mobility are consistent with the theoretical prediction . The experimentally determined value of is .
