Abstract
All reported cases of cold hemagglutination in association with peripheral vascular disease are reviewed and an additional case presented. The latter is an 18-yr.-old soldier who had Raynaud''s syndrome with cold hemagglutinins in a titer of 1:1792. The titer of the agglutinins was not significantly altered by a course of injns. with killed typhoid organisms. It is concluded that in a small group of cases cold hemagglutinins are a contributory cause of Raynaud''s phenomena and similar peripheral vascular manifestations. Keywords
