Abstract
The infrared reflection spectrum of the tetragonal YBa2Cu3O x sintered at 1000°C exhibits Reststrahlen vibration, and spectra of the orthorhombic YBa2Cu3O x sample sintered at 900°C and 600°C exhibit the characteristics of free electrons. The large differences in the free electron concentration may, however, also be influenced by the oxygen concentrations. Keywords
