Abstract
A description is given of 3 types of flow generators which have been found useful for measuring the characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeters. They comprise a displacement system for generating steady flow, a reciprocating movement for sinusoidal flow, and a reciprocating movement driven by a specially shaped cam for generating a continuous trapezoidal flow wave. Keywords
