Abstract
The general equation for the settling of particles and molecules in a liquid suspension or ideal solution in a centrifuge has been solved for the case of a sector-shaped cell extending to the center of the centrifuge. Curves are given which show the concentration at all points in the cell for different values of the time. Keywords
