IS HISTOPATHOLOGY OF NONPHOTOCHROMOGENIC MYCOBACTERIAL INFECTIONS DISTINGUISHABLE FROM THAT CAUSED BY MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

This study confirms the writers'' impression that the histopathologic picture of infections caused by the Battey strain, Group HI, nonphotochromogenic mycobacteria is not distinguishable with any degree of accuracy from that caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
