Abstract
The rate of inactivation of the transforming ability of polyoma virus was 55-65% of the rate of inactivation of the reproductive ability using 4 methods of inactivation. These results mean that transformation requires the participation of only 55-65% as much of the viral DNA as does plaque formation. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
