Abstract
Cortisone significantly protected mice from the lethality of N. gonorrhoeae endotoxin. Similar results were obtained with properdin, provided relatively large doses were employed. Reserpine, under certain conditions, significantly enhanced the toxicity of endotoxin. Keywords
