Abstract
We consider the fourth-order contribution to the electromagnetic mass difference of zero-mass pions in a model whose high-energy behavior is that given by algebra-of-fields commutation relations. We find this quantity to be logarithmically divergent. Possible sources of this divergence are discussed. Keywords
