Abstract
Summary In 320 cases of ankylosing spondylitis signs of earlier juvenile rheumatoid arthritis have been found in 20 patients. There is a possibility that these cases, starting as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and developing into ankylosing spondylitis, may represent a special type of the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Keywords
