Abstract
Ohlsson, K. Neutral Leucocyte Proteases and Elastase Inhibited by Plasma α1-Antitrypsin. Scand. J. clin. Lab. Invest. 28 251–253, 1971. Elastase and neutral protease purified from human polymorphonuclear leucocytes are inhibited by plasma α1-antitrypsin. The elastase α1-antitrypsin complexes migrated as a β-globulin and the corresponding complexes with neutral protease as α3-globulins on agarose gel electrophoresis. Keywords
