ANGIOGRAPHIC TECHNIQUE IN AORTIC ANEURYSMS

Abstract
In a series of 60 aortographies in 47 patients with aortic aneurysm, percutaneous transfemoral catheterization using the Seldinger technique was successful in 85 per cent of the instances. Complications, such as perforation of an aneursym or dislodging of thrombotic material, did not occur.
