Abstract
The thermal and electrical conductivity of two specimens of lithium has been measured in the range 2° to 90°K. At the lowest temperatures the ideal electrical resistivity is found to vary as T 3·5 and the lattice scattering term for the electronic thermal resistance is 1·8 × 10−−4 T 2 These results and the value of the Lorenz number are compared with current theories.
