Abstract
Min. nutritional requirements of 34 strains of the genus Pediococcus were detd., and additional physiological reactions of the group are reported. The true identity of the so-called Leuconostoc citrovorum, strain 8081, as a member of the genus Pediococcus is confined, and the literature concerning this strain is reviewed. Keywords
