Comparison of Moderate-Energy Proton-Proton Models. III

Abstract
The predictions of 12 proton-proton models and phase-shift representations are compared to a selected but comprehensive set of 9-330-MeV scattering data. The best fit was found to be produced by a quadratic interpolation of Arndt and MacGregor's phase-shift table, with a ratio of χ2 to its expected value of 1.4. The best potential is that of Hamada and Johnston, with a ratio of 3.1. The ratio for the Tabakin potential is 28.
