Abstract
Two cases of malignant atrophic papulosis of the skin are reported together with delineation of the neurologic syndromes produced in them by involvement of the central nervous system. The cutaneous and cerebral lesions were those of infarction produced by an endovasculitis. The electroencephalogram and examinations of cerebrospinal fluid were helpful in diagnosis. It is anticipated that involvement of other viscera will occur with the syndrome of malignant atrophic papulosis. Keywords
