Abstract
A cytochrome-enriched fraction obtained from [Spinancia oleracea] chloroplasts after treatment with the detergent digitonin contain cytochromes f, b-559LP and b-563 in the approximate proportions 1:1:2, close to those observed in unfractionated chloroplasts. The spectrum of cytochrome b-563 at the temperature of liquid N2 showed a single asymmetrical .alpha.-band with a maximum at 561 nm.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
