New Low-Energy Theorem for Compton Scattering

Abstract
We derive a low-energy theorem for pion Compton scattering giving terms of second order in photon frequency. This is then used to derive the value of the low-energy parameters. The low-energy theorem is also converted into a sum rule and a resonance saturation is attempted.Keywords
