Abstract
The paper describes a simplified practical and mathematical technique designed to bring the vibrating jet method within the scope of routine laboratory work. The method is extended to include liquid/liquid interfaces, and previous work on freshly formed surfaces is summarized. The paper is subdivided as follows:—Keywords
