Abstract
A simple, accurate, co-precipitation radioimmunoassay for the detection of human antithyroglobulin antibodies is described. This semiautomated technique allows the determination of the 3 classes of antibodies; it compares favorably with the tanned red cell hemagglutination test. Its clinical relevance is illustrated in the investigation of various thyroid diseases. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
