Abstract
A disparture-baited box trap with funnels and baffles on the ends caught and retained Porthetria dispar (L.). Releases of laboratory-reared males in forests indicated that traps with a window in the top surface and with a slow-release dichlorvos disc caught the most moths. Such traps deployed in natural infestations, unlike the 3M Sectar® insect traps, caught moths over the entire season.
