Abstract
A colorimetric ninhydrin method was applied to the quantitative estimation of amino acids and peptides on paper chromatograms. This method is suitable for the analysis of enzymic transpeptidation reactions. A procedure for the purification of filter paper for chromatography was developed.Keywords
