I wish to record three interesting cases of tumors of the nerve. The first case is one of an epithelial neoplasm of the median nerve which recurred after excision, but which did not metastasize to distant organs. This case was associated with von Recklinghausen's disease. The second case is one of an epithelial neoplasm of the radial (musculospiral) nerve which recurred and metastasized to other nerves. This case was associated with malignant neoplasms of the lung, liver, heart, brain, dura, calvarium and suprarenals. The third case is one of an encapsulated tumor of the spinal accessory nerve.
