Abstract
Histochemical examination of lipid distribution in rat testes revealed the presence of cholesterol in the seminiferous tubules. It was also present in the interstitial cells but in small amt. The tubule elements which appeared to contain most of the cholesterol were located in that area of the tubule in which the Sertoli cells, spermatogonia, and primary spermato-cytes are present.Keywords
