Abstract
I. By manometric methods and the use of plasma clot and a supporting disc of silk, the R.Q. of blastoderms at all stages of development may be obtained. The R.Q. of the chick embryo from 21/2 to 6 days is nearly 1, whether measured in phosphate or bicarbonate Ringer soln. or in amniotic liquid; that of the yolk-sac falls from 0.9 at 2This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
