Chronic Lymphatic Leukaemia and Pernicious Anaemia in the Same Patient

Abstract
Pernicious anemia developed in 71 year old man 2 years after chronic lymphatic leukemia had been found. He had been exposed to arsenic, TEM, and blood transfusions. Achlorhydria, megaloblasts in the bone marrow, pathologic Schilling tests, gastric biopsy and response to vitamin B12 therapy were characteristic.
