Can experiments involvinge−e+→μ−μ+determine whether the neutral weak force is aV,Ainteraction?

Abstract

We consider whether experiments involving the reaction $e^{-}{e}^{+}\to {\mu }^{-}{\mu }^{+}$ might tell us whether the neutral weak force involves $V$ and $A$ interactions, or $S$, $P$, and $T$ couplings, or both. Distinctions between the physical effects produced by the different possible interactions suggest that such experiments could be decisive.
